Right Click Menu of Sheet tab

I Have a problem with my excel, the right click even in my sheet tab is disable or the menu, like as : rename, move/copy, tab color etc. not shown.

Can you help me, to enable my right click even in may sheet tab ?...

Is this occuring on every sheet in your workbook?

This happened in all workbooks and all sheets, I tried closed my excel application and reopen again with new workbook, but i still have not found my right click even in my sheet tab.

I have found the maco to view it :

Sub Enable()
Application.CommandBars("Ply").Enabled = True
End Sub

I also saw that macro at MrExcel.com. If this happening in all of your workbooks, I would suspect that you might have a corupted User profile. Try logging on as another user and see if the same thing is happening.
