Recover .mdb from .mdw?

I have an application with the shift-disabled function added in it, based on the user-name and user role. Users couldn't shift by-pass the opening macros, but I could. Yesterday it worked. Today I can no longer open the application with the shift-by-pass to get to the code. Now I am not so sure what I can do to fix this.

I've tried uninstalling 2007 and putting 2003 back on my machine and reinstalling 2007 as well. But the shift by pass only fails for this one application. Any ideas on how to get to the backend code?

I'm not sure what happened and still don't know how to resolve the problem, but I logged in as admin and cleared the password. Imported all objects into a new database and changed the target of the mdw and now I'm back on track. Thanks everyone.
