Solved: Directory Merge Without splitting records

I should have asked this in my prior post, but marked it solved before I thought about it.

I did a directory merge, but the fields are on different lines within the doc. What I want to do is create an if..then that looks to see if the record will be split across two pages and if so insert a page break.

Thought of a much simpler solution. I just put the fields into a text box to keep them together.

You could also put all the fields in a single paragraph formatted as 'keep lines together' or in a series of separate paragraphs, all except the last of which are formatted as 'keep with next'.
