Time calculation

Hi,

Can you please help me how to calculate this two time difference:
A1 (cell): 10:39PM (date: 9/3/08)
A2 (cell): 04:00AM (date: 9/4/08)

How to calculate A2-A1? (its showing me #VALUE! error). Is there any formula to calculate this?

That should work if tose cells are real dates and time.
