Get Outlook information to data grid and update

Hi,
I am new to the VBA and i need to do following .

I wants to export my contact list to data grid and want to change data accordingly. once i finished my changes, i want to update all in outlook contact list. could Anyone help me??

Why don't you just use Import and Export on the File Menu and export to file then select either access or excel make the changes then import your contacts back in
