Sleeper: Image following Scroll Bar movements

I am new to this forum and I have a question. I am posting an excel SS which has an jpg image. I would like the jpg image to "float" and follow the scroll bar movements while being viewed by MS Explorer....any help out there?

Thanks all...I'll try the zip example. I did attempt splitting the screen but the MS Explorer does not recognize Excel's second scroll bar function. I'll keep trying...thanks! :bug:
