I have been working on a formula to count how many records there are based on two criteria and I just cant seem to get it.:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I have attached a sheet to explain better what I am looking for.

I am so frustrated that I am ready to turf it against the wall...:bug:

Thanks again.

=COUNT(1/IF((accounts="SIGNIFICANT VOLUME"),MATCH(weeklyretailers,weeklyretailers,0)=ROW(weeklyretailers)-MIN(ROW(weeklyretailers))+1))

=COUNT(1/IF((accounts="IMPORTANT VOLUME"),MATCH(weeklyretailers,weeklyretailers,0)=ROW(weeklyretailers)-MIN(ROW(weeklyretailers))+1))

=COUNT(1/IF((accounts="VALUED VOLUME"),MATCH(weeklyretailers,weeklyretailers,0)=ROW(weeklyretailers)-MIN(ROW(weeklyretailers))+1))

=COUNT(1/IF((accounts="ENTRY VOLUME"),MATCH(weeklyretailers,weeklyretailers,0)=ROW(weeklyretailers)-MIN(ROW(weeklyretailers))+1))

I truely do not know what you can't do with Excel!

Although I have to post one I do not even know how to start but I will be as specific as I can and include an example sheet.
