Imagine I had a grid of dimensions 5 * 3. And spaces 1,1 and 1,2 are taken in that grid. I then want to allow the user to occupy another space in that grid, but only if it is orthoganally adjacent to one of the two already occupied spaces. How would I do this? I guess this grid could be rendered in an excel worksheet, or some kind of userform. I know this is very abstract and very vague - sorry.
