So Randy over in the Access forum has helped me export my query data to Excel, see link http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23004 But I'm having trouble reformatting the data, it works the first time I run the export but if I do it again without completely closing Access the script has a runtime error 91. Thanks for the help in advance.
