Hey All

Im new here so be nice please :P. Im currently creating a Macro but have come to the point of STUMPED.

Does anyone know the field in Outlook for "From" Field when sending emails is called? Reason behind this is Ive created a Mail Merge Macro for word that needs to send emails to ppl but there are instances where I need to send it from a different email account depending on a given merge Field. I have these mailboxes added to my Outlook but im not sure as how or what the field to send from a specific email address is called.

Any help guys would put you in Genuis status in my Books

Thanks

You may want to look at Sue Mosher's site on Outlook and VBA.

http://outlookcode.com/Default.aspx

However, I am not sure you can do this as each instance of Outlook (I think) is tied to a specific account. However, I am not an Outlook programmer.

Your message object has 2 properties that might suit your purpose:

SentOnBehalfOfName
SenderNameThis should give you a starting point.

Thanks Geekgirlau

I checked them out but the only problem is We need to send as if it was from that actual email.

Sorry should have been more clear.

But thanks
