Solved: Formula Repeats itself??

I am utilising a formula that was provided to me by XLD that worked perfectly in a previous program.

However, when I use it in this sheet it keeps giving me back the same result.

I have attached a copy to show what I mean.

vlookup formula will always bring you up the first row meeting your criteria.

sorry for being so dumb (It is near the end of the week)

I have changed it by putting in a counter in column A to make unique finds and now it works.

Unique ID is the bast idea but if you have repeating records to find you can use INDEX(MATCH) function.
