Hi

In a column i have time values, the values is imported from a text file as text.

I change the format to [h].mm

When i tried sum sum one or several cells and I'll end up with an error in the cell. The value in the cell should exceed 10000 hours

Now I read on microsoft webpage, that excel has a maximun time value set to 9999h.

Is there some way go around the problem?

Is there someone out there that has an idea to solve this one.

I guess this is not a real VB question, but I'm stuck.:dunno

Thanks (:help "PLEH")

You can't enter a value of 10,000 hours or above, but you can add it up to that number. I just entered 9998:00 in one cell 1:00, in 1:00 another, 1:00 in another and 7:00 in the last, summed them and got 10007:00.
