Adding Combobox/text box input to sheet

Hi All,

I would imagine this is quite easy for you Excel Genius types!!

I have two sheets Input & Output. On the input sheet I have some combo boxes and text boxes that I wish to enter data in then when I hit my "Add Data" button I would like data from these boxes to get added to the Output sheet in the relevant cells. Also, everytime I hit "Add data" then I would like this to enter on a new line under the previously entered data.

I have attached the sheet for reference!

You need to come into the 21st century and use a userform instead of a dialog sheet.


attached is a simple example using textboxes. Maybe it will give you some clues and get you started with your project. By the way, it would be basically the same using your workbook.
