Compare master list to Imported file

Hi all,

I want to compare a list that is imported to excel to a master list.
the list that is imported to excel has 900+ rows and 3 columns.
the master list has 51 rows. I want to just compare data in column B to the master list. if the an item in the master list is not on the imported data, then insert a blank row. if there is a match do nothing.
see attached sample for before and after samples.
