Picture Formatting

I am using a combo box to load a pic. When I am doing this I can see the pic but the pic is zoomed in too far. Can anyone shead some light on what I am doing wrong?

What is the picture loading to? Is it an image control, a worksheet, a range...

For instance, are you loading the picture into a userform or into the sheet?

I am loading into a user form.

Change the PictureSizeMode of the userform to fmPictureSizeModeZoom or fmPictureSizeModeStretch
