Hi everyone,
I've been trying to import Microsoft contacts without much luck.
I want to be able to use an embedded macro or something similar attached to a field in my form.
I have tried the following;

1) copy Contacts List from Microsoft Contacts Database
update form to view my qry (i've added extra fields to my table)
- click on Add from Outlook command button and nothing happens.
Embedded macro is a run command action with 'AddFromOutlook' argument.

I'm trying to find information about the mapping but having a great deal of difficulty.

Also tried;
2) As above but with an event procedure with a DoCmd.....

Also tried;
3) Create new contacts table using the External Data - Outlook Import wizard. then altered the table with more additional fields as needed.

Still doesn't work.

I really hope someone can help me.

:banghead::banghead:

Cheers
Tammyl

Hi OBP

I had thought of that but this database is going to be used in multiple standalone remote locations so i need it to be all incorporated.

Thanks anyway.

Would the users be needing your Outlook Contacts or Their Outlook Contacts.
If it is their Contacts all they need to do is Re-establish the Link to their Outlook Contacts, which is not too hard providing you know where they are located.
