Label x Axis and y Axis

I'm creating the Scatter Plot chart (excel) from Access vba. Does anyone know what property of the chart is to label the X and Y axis?

With the Form in Design Mode click on the Chart and then on the main menu click Edit>Edit Chart.
On the Chart Main menu click Chart>Options>Titles.
