View Full Version : Cannot display names from a distribution list

I'm using Office 2007.

I try to set up a telcon with a group of people. So I invite them from an existing distribution list. However, after I invited them, noboby is displayed there (sometimes, part of them are there). The availabilities are there.

Refer to the attached picture please.

What's wrong with my Outlook 2007?

When I try to right click on those names, I normally get nothing. See picture please.

However, when I click some where on the availability bars of the person, I get the information as shown on picture below.

I found that those members I selected from Global Address Book cannot be shown; however those selected from my local address book can be shown.
On attached picture below, the second one is selected from my local address book. It is shown with a red person in distribution list and it can be shown in my meeting invitation.

We just upgrade the system from Outlook 2000 to 2007 a month ago. I edited my local contacts, like I added picture to most of them.
Is it because the outlook 2007 too different vs. 2000?
