Hi

Had to know how do we assign macros to a menu ?

hi mayur,

ok here is the steps to assign macros (in Office 2000 or greater) to a menu:

1. Right-click on the toolbar and then click on "Customize"

2. Goto Command tab, and in Categories, click on "Macros"

3. Goto Categories, click "New Menu" and in Commands, click-n-drag "New Menu ->" to your Menubar.

4. Goto Categories, click "Macros" and in commands, click-n-drag "Custom Menu Item" in your New Menu.

5. Now Click New Menu, and then Right-click Custom menu item.

6. From here you can assign macro as well as give name, image to ur menu item.

7. To assign, click assign macro and give your macro name.
