First, there is already code existing in our kb that shows how to do this. Just click on the KBase link near the top of this window to go there. Then use the Search tool to find what you're looking for.

Second, it is pretty much impossible to make Excel totally secure. There are many, many ways to break the security of Excel workbookx/worksheets. We just want you to be aware that the security that can be added to Excel is very limited. There are many discussions about this in the Excel forum- do a search to see past posts.
