Text in word Not Printing

I am a complete novice at using VBA and have been tasked with picking up some VBA work where the original person has left and the skill went with her. I have done some bits but really could do with some help on some more advanced bit (well they feel advanced to me anyway) on formula in word for the fields i am having text put in That works fine but when i print nothing comes out yet it shows on screen and the Print Preview. any help greatly received.

Your post doesn't provide any information as to what your problem really is, or what you are trying to accomplish. Please be more specific with your question.

You may want to start by checking what you have checked under Tools > Options and the Print tab.

Your question may have nothing to do with VBA.

Thanks for the replies it was the document where the issue was the table where my code was going into was being covered by another box so the field was not printing.
