Solved: Vlookup , not working, returning wrong values

:help Vlookup,

I use vlookup all the time i am trying to pull back staff data using vlookup on the staff number , the staff numbers are 8 digits long and may start with a zero, everytime i use the vlookup with iserror it brings back the last row result from the range it is looking at.

Anyone had this problem before???
