Hi,

I need a help to resolve an issue in office 2007.

We are using outlook forms and perform different functions e.g. approving / rejecting different requests.

For this purpose we have different custom actions associated with Forms.

1. Approve
2. Reject
3. Forward

Suddenly something gone wrong with the outlook and I am not able to see Actions (Tab) now.

The same form is working fine in other systems as well.

So I assume that this is due to some settings in outllook or may be due to some permissions.

Can any one help.

Thanks,

Chandan

Maybe try this :

1. on the menubar click 'Help'
2. select 'info'
3. click on 'disabled items'

Tried but no success. Not a single item in disabled items list.

Could it be related with any settings in Outlook?

Thanks,

Chandan BangaAre you using a custom made form ?

If yes, how did you published the form ?

Is this form the default form to use when you post something in a folder ?

Form is published and available in Organisation forms list.

Interesting thing: I tried opening the outlook in Safe mode and all Actions are visible now. It seems some extention(addin) may be causing this issue. I am investigating further now to check the collision of code of outlook forms with external addins.

Thanks for your support.
