Right click Menu in Word 2003

Hi, I need to add a macro and disable a function from the right click menu. Is this possible in 2003 and if so can anyone point me in the right direction of how to do it. I have written the macro to add to right click and I want to disable the bullets and number option from the right click function when users are in numbering schemes.
