Hide/Uhide rows without macro

Hello,
is there a solution to hide/unhide rows without a macro?
Because i have an high security level setted, and i cannot modify it.. is there a solution to avoid a macro security restriction?

No I can't see any way to hide rows without a mcro other than manually, or using autofilter or grouping, but essentially still manual.
