Do you mean saving your contacts somewhere else to have a backup just in case ... ?

try searching your hard drive for "outlook.pst" it contains all your data

you can go Tools->Macros->then click on visual basic editor from there you can start coding...

ALT+F11 is the normal shortcut key combination to go to the vb-editor.
