Post appointment to another's calendar

We have weekly/monthly meetings that need to be posted to attendee calendars. We want them posted regardless of whether they will attend or not. In vba, I have created code to send a Meeting Request to appropriate parties, but do not want them to have an Accept, Tentative, or Decline option. Any suggestions?

Can you post your code? Which version are you running? AFAIK you can use the RequestReponse property and set it to False. Not sure what else you're looking at though.
