Hi everyone,

Here is my problem very basic I just don't do this a lot. I am comparing jobs and man hours, trying to come up with a percentage gained or loss. Here is a picture of my example, can I do this another way and is there a better way?

I think that you just want

=(A1-B1)/A1

and format as a percentage
