Sleeper: Find the closest date

I'm using the filtering mode to find a specific date, but I find it too involved. I created a userform with a DTPicker that I could choose the date to find the closest date in column A. Can someone assist me with code to find the closest date that matches the date in the DTPicker? Thank you in advance.
