KB522 RuntimeError in TargetFolderItems_ItemAdd

Hi,

I am trying to use the code from kb item 522. I am getting a runtime error while the code is trying to execute the bolded line in TargetFolderItems_ItemAdd event as shown in attachment to this post.

Can Somebody let me know the solution to get rid of this error?
