Data number, symbols, sectors

Hi guyts I have a chart set up showing the data number in columns. No problem. I can put the symbols OR the sectors at the top of the data columns. No problem. How can I put the sectors at the bottom of each column of numbers and the symbols at the top of each data column of numbers?
Here is an example of the symbols and sectors
SRO is a symbol
BLU is a sector.


SRO ACG
l l
l l
l l
l l
BLU CHY
