How can I get Excel 2007 to close everything including the Personals.xlsb when using "Application.Quit" in VBA.

It stops on the Personals.xlsb and requires a click of the "X" windows quit command.

Application.Quit used to close everything in older versions of Excel.

Emily, thanks for the link. It was not the answer to my specific problem, but in reading I found the following link which did answer my problem.

http://excel2007.tips.net/Pages/T006205_Hiding_the_Personalxlsb_Workbook.html

The root of the problem is that in Excel 2007 somehow I unhid my Personl.xlsb sheet. Thus everytime I open Excel 2007 instead of going to a blank worksheet I got the Personal worksheet which required me to close it after closing everything else that was open.
I had to hide the Personal worksheet and then Excel 2007 would open to a blankwheet as expected and close without requesting that the Personal worksheet be closed.

Hopefully this will help someone else. Excel 2007 has several new behaviors.

Thanks for taking time to help.
