Delete blank series from a XY Scatter Chart

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to delete all the blank series from a XY Scatter Chart.
Has anybody ever seen an algorithm that succeeds in doing so ?
All that I try miserably fail.

Finally I decided to completely erase the chart each time and recreat it.
It's a quick and dirty fix but it does work.
