Text Box Displays Bound Value Instead of Text

When I make a selection from my combox I bound the numeric value to the table and display the text in the field. Works great. I am now attaching a form text box to the table value. Unfortunately I can only see the value of the combobox and not the actually text associated with the bound value. Any ideas?

The combo usually uses something like this combo0.column(0) for the Value and combo0.column(1) for the text
