Simple listbox

Hello,

I have a simple listbox in outlook form,

when i make multi selction, if i lose focus on the list then all selected values are gone

i set the property MultiSelect = multi ==> same problem
if i set it to "Extended" ==-> again same problem

only single value works; but i need multiselection ?
