Combine 2 or more Cells into 1 Cell VBA

I want create a VBA script to combine 2 or more Cells into 1 Cell, for the detail please see my attachment enclosed.

I want comabine or merge data in Range ("B6:B15") into 1 Cell, I want the result such as Cell D6.

I will appriciate if someone can help me to solve it.:help
