if the user made a character or comment change in a any cell on sheet1 beginning from 4th row and clicks to leave excel, a message box will come saying " you made changes at cells ...., did you fill bw bx columns ". If the user clicks yes, he will be able to leave, if clicks no, he will not be able to leave before filling the cells in bw bx which are in the changed row.

can you please give the vb code ?

I take it you mean 4th row as in BW4:BX4?

yes. but it will be from 4th row, 5,6,7, and goes on.

for example

if a change is made at 5th row BW5 and BX5 cells should be filled
