Removing a custom toolbar added using a addin

Hi All,

I have a addin that will create a toolbar to the Word macro. And the toolbar is removed when the addin is unloaded. I did this using
<Toolbar object>.Delete. Till here everything is working fine.

But the issue is after the addin removed from Templates and Addins the toolbar is removed. But when I open the Word ( I am not loading the addin) the toolbar is still dispalyed. When I click on the menu item I get a error that macros are not found.

Could any one help so that when the word is opened again the toolbar that was added should not be added.

When? Is the add-in already available AND loaded? They are not the same.

Truly removed? Or just unloaded? Please describe precisely.
