Wrod Template best approach

Hi,

I have a word template which has the following

1. Tables with Bookmark (Need to get the values from MS Access Tables)
2. Graph ( OLE Excel Graph where use can enter values in the Excel Sheet and then Graph will have to be produced)
3. Static Text in few Tables

Could some can tell me whether the Template need to be design all dynamically created

or What is the best way to implement this please ?

I hope some one can help me with the best way to implement this.
