latency issue with web query?

Issue: When running a macro that accesses the web and pulls data into excel in quick succession from one page to the next, it keeps hanging up on connecting to web. It works fine at home and at former job but doesn't work at the new office.

What would cause this?

What differences are there between what you use at home and the Office?

The only difference I'm aware of is location. All 3 situations run Office 2007. All are pulling from same website.
