Change the color of the mail as per the given time frame

Hi All,

I want to colorize a mail when its in the folder for more than 20Hrs.
I want to know whether we can create arule in outlook or have create a macro for the same.

Please guide.

I was told that you can't access the color properties of the email through a macro or VBA code. However you might be able to use the automatic formatting function to accomplish what you want.

Under tools menu, go to organize. There is an option for using colors. If you click on that at the top is a link to automatic formatting. You can add your own condition and then work with some of the different options which might get you close.
