creating shared workbooks (excel 2007)

:hi: HI all. First post. I wonder if anyone can help. How do I make a workbook shared so many people can open it at the same time but only be able to save it one at a time. Can you impose restrictions on users or have one user disconnected from the file by someone has who has no restrictions on the file (An administrator-users system). Never tried this in excel before, only in access. All contributions will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

My advice, never use shared workbooks. The functionality is reduced, they are unstable, and not worth the effort.
