Send mail from Access to a distribution List.

Hi All,

I want to how to send a mail from access to a distribution list.
I can send the mail from access to 2-4 peoplw from access but I want to send mail to a bunch of people from access.

How to do this...??? Please guide.

Are the people in the Database or in a Distribution list in Outlook.
If they are in the database you just Loop through the List of those you want to send the email to.
You need some way, like a check box to indicate who you want to send to.

Its in the distribution list of the outlook.

Then in the sendobject statement you refer to the Distribution List by it's name.
