Solved: Non-functioning Hyperlinks in 2007

I get the following message if I click on a hyperlink. Anyone know where the security is set to cancel it?

I found this posting (http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm)which should solve the problem. Unfortunately it doesn't for me, but marking solved anyway.
