Shouldn't be too hard, but it needs a worksheet layout, and tackle one problem at a time, stating what yu wan t.

It depends upon the business, but I would have a table that said

Product Id
Product Date
Amount
In/Out

and have another table that had
Product Id
Product Description
any other stock attributes that you want to keep.

Hide these worksheets, then have another worksheet when an input person can add sales, which can auto-generate an invoice they can print, and another for stock deliveries.

Lots more you can do, but that is a starting point.

I have found somthink like what i want.
From excelmagic.com
They are asking $99 for the version and free for the Demo workbook.
I cant imagine that there is much differance between the two. And i dont realy want to pay for somethink that i may get for free.
There are a few things that i dont get with it.
Inventory in/out are there to show what has been moved in and out. Shouldnt this be locked from editing. "Unless there are mistakes made on the transpher"
Also the item setup seams a little weird.
There are a few other things like xferin/out with the dates ect.

Would anyone here have anyother example workbooks you would like to share with me allong the lines of this style.

Thankyou
