Creating designer page.

Dear all,

I want to format the pages of my word file, shown in "http://www.2shared.com/file/6658718/81bae169/Page_format.html". All Pages are A4 size. Can ppl here please share the ideas on how to create that type of designer page ? Your help will be highly appreciated.

You could add a rectangle and format it's layout to "tight"
