Importing Recordset to Access?

Hi, I ran an ADO query off an excel sheet, and now want to export the recordset into an empty access table. Is there a clean and easy way to do this, without looping line by line?

Thank you for the reply. However, I am bringing in 47,000 rows. Is there a way to avoid the loops?
