I have a table in one row the first column is a checkbox, in the second column I have a field to enter a name and the third column has a date field. How can I make this row not print if the check box isn't x'ed.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Done in Word 2003 - form checkbox.

If you are asking about printing - which you seem to be - this can not be done.

There is no instruction to not print a specific row in a Word table.

You COULD, possibly, simply delete the row. Would that help?

Thank you for your help. I didn't think it was possible - just wanted to be sure before I told client.
Thanks again!

Maybe you could copy the checked rows contents to a new document to print. See attached. Menu to run is next to help in main menu.
