Manipulating Data for Graph creation

Hi

I have attached a worksheet containg data we receive for telephone calls received.

The data is in the first 3 columns.

From this I have created a series of tables that allow me to produce graphs for Overall Totals, Monday Totals, Tuesday totals etc.

What I would now like is to use this data that will be able to create a graph that can show:

Between the hours of 8 - 9 number of call received (I have this bit done) the average length of the calls (:dunno ) and the Longest and shortest call (:dunno )

I can see the finished article in my head but cannot figure this out.

A little crude, but gives the general idea. Better to use time values than text if you need to manipulate data.
