Need to get web page elements and info

I had recently seen, and d/l a workbork that would document the information about all of the elements on a web page and write it to a worksheet. For the life of me, I cannot find it now and I need to do just that.

Any idea where I can find such a beast? Or how I could code my own? I am just getting into working with web pages and find some of the info a little lacking (or hard to find)
